Who are the courses and programs designed for?
Our courses are designed for our international partners, students and friends, and anyone who is interested in participating future of China economy. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is suggested, but not required.
How are courses and programs delivered?
We offer self-paced content on the DBIC Online platform. Our platform features cutting edge courses, executive dialogues and certificate programs. We also collaborate with enterprises for educational programs.
How do I register for a course or a program?
All DBIC courses and programs require enrollment before you learn. visit https://online.acem.sjtu.edu.cn/DBIC to decide which course or program you would like to enroll in. When you are ready to register, click Enroll to select the course(s) or program (s). Our online application is free and no special document is required. Upon registration, you should receive an email confirmation from DBIC online. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk email folders and double-check your registration to make sure the enrollment was successfully submitted.
How long does each course or program last?
Each DBIC Online course is designed with 3-4 sessions, to be completed in 70-100 minutes; Each executive dialogue is designed with about 2-3 sessions, to be completed in 40-60 minutes. The duration of a program will depend on its structure and content, You will find its required time commitment on the program page.
Can I use my online coursework for credit at ACEM?
No. DBIC Online courses do not include course credit towards an academic degree, nor do they make you a student at ACEM, nor an ACEM alumni or alumnus. Instead, successful completion of courses proves you met the passing criteria of your rigorous online courses or programs offered by Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
How can I get a certificate from DBIC Online?
You will be eligible to apply for a certificate of completion from DBIC Online if you have successfully completed all courses and exams included in a certificate program within required time at DBIC Online. Completion of an individual course will not make you eligible for a certificate. Please note that the certificate of completion is a non-degree certificate issued by Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
What is your refund policy?
After enrolling in a course or a program, you will be able to learn the course or the program in your personal account. Therefore, all courses and programs are non-refundable. Please note that if your employer has contracted with DBIC Online for participation in a program, the refund policy may differ.
