Research Field
The lab focuses on the genesis and homeostasis of hematopoietic stem cells, and their differentiation towards immune cells.
Current projects include:
(1) Hematopoietic stem cell development and chemical and biological regulators
(2) Immune cells (myeloid lineages) differentiation, disease development and drug screen
(3) Interplay between immune system and microbiota (infection and intestinal microbiota)
(4) Zebrafish as a model for drug efficacy and toxicity study
